It's a sad time in Colorado with yet another tragedy breaking the hearts of the residents there. Why is this happening so much and what can we do to stop it in our own communities?

It's a big buy for Disney, $4.05 billion worth. They now own Pixar, ESPN, ABC, Marvel, and now Lucas film. What's next, Darth Vader to guest anchor on Sports Center while the Modern Family joins the X-Men, or episodes 7, 8, and 9? Oh wait...

Cancel Sports

Spelman college cancels their $1 million athletic program to give that to the rest of their students. 

"According to the NCAA, there are about 400,000 student-athletes nationwide, but there are 18.6 million undergraduates," says the Associated Press.

Pretty impressive for Spelman to go against the grain and cancel, not for the sake to save money, but to help their students have healthier lifestyle. What do you think? -Stephen
